The book, ‘Truck Cat’, was what inspired my watercolour painting. My painting is split in half, symbolising the journeys that Tinka went through. On one side of the painting, there is a beautiful sunset painted with pastel pink and yellow with a vibrant sun in the middle. On the other side of the painting, I have painted a night sky and cut out a silhouette of Tinka chasing a white butterfly, being the salient part of that side of the painting.
