This Year 5 duo responded to Every Night at Midnight written by Peter Cheong. They created hand-drawn copies of each character, very carefully traced each of their shadows onto black card, then symmetrically placed them where their shadows would lie. They wanted to represent the relationship between the character and their shadow and day and night.
