My artwork is an attempt of me trying to replicate a two-paged illustration in the book, ‘A Leaf Called Greaf’. It is a picture of the landscape with the bear travelling all around with its precious leaf. I chose this particular artwork because I have never tried to do watercolour, so I thought that it would be nice to do something new. The scene captures a moment in time of the near travelling with his leaf. He learns to cope with grief. The sun is hovering just above the vast, open sea with mangrove trees growing densely in one corner and reeds growing in another.
