I made a watercolour artwork based on the book ‘The Truck Cat.’ I wanted to show both their ‘togetherness’ and their isolation from the rest of the world. In the picture, there are two segments. The first segment is in the daytime. The truck is driving up a hill with Tinka on the top. Then, in the second segment, it is nighttime, with Tinka and Yacoub outside and looking at the night sky. In my artwork, I tried to portray the beauty of Yacoub together with his cat and the sadness of their isolation from others.
